Mahogany Town
Located on Berk Island in the shadow of the smoldering Ember Peak volcano, Mahogany Town is a gritty settlement protected by the Berk Guard's Mahogany Brigade and home to the high-security Mahogany Prison. Its diverse populace includes humans, a significant troll demographic, and fleshy rock creatures called Bergmites. Key landmarks include the Eruptodon Temple housing the Cauldron of Eternity, the Tunnel of Sadness and Despair leading into the Dark Below, the Mad Lions Fighters Guild, and local shops like Jim's gemstone parlor, Potion Shop 2 (PS2), and Don's Armory. The town famously celebrates the winter Trollstice harvest festival featuring Bergmites and snow angel shields.
